Across centuries, cultures have explored notions of Space and Time. Within the Australian Aborigines, the word for Space and Time is same and answers the question “where”. In the Pandemic Era, the notion of Time has stood out even more with a blurring of sense of time in response to disrupted human activities. And we have been afforded an opportunity to study Mental Space Psychology from a Systemic Lens.
Following the work of various NLP Developers on Timeline, Dr Lucas Derks’ reflections on context, time and space, Nora Bateson’s work on trans contextuality and time, Gregory Bateson’s Steps to Ecology of Mind, Indigenous knowledges on Time and Space, I present an approach to release stress and discover self-in-relation in a system.
